  An Astromon that nobly sacrifices herself to help awaken a fire Astromon that is in its first evolutionary form. Numerous reports have come in of late in which a fire Astromon, upon passing by Mommy Shark, are suddenly awakened to their own surprise. They say these Astromons become disoriented and take several days to adjust to their new, accidentally awakened self. But what causes this phenomenon? Astromons who are awakened by Mommy Shark are said to be suddenly overcome with a feeling of warmth, which they liken to walking on clouds illuminated by the setting autumn sun. I admit, I am unsure I understand what they mean. What sort of feeling can that be? I am reminded of a small city I visited last fall as part of my research. I did not get the results I had wanted, but when I left, the scenery and sunset gave me both a feeling of warmth and a strange nostalgia for something I couldn't quite identify...
