Game Data Update

A fairly small update this month. The official patch notes are available here. We see the introduction of Light and Dark Minicat, who will likely be April's 3* rebirth.

Recovery Down has been replaced with Recovery Seal, which fully negates enemy HP regeneration when applied. This change also has been applied to boss dungeons like Golems.

I also suspect that the next Primo Festival will be for Shinobi.
