On average, it is believed there live three or four Froskes in a single village who protect it against foes using their advanced mystic arts. Scrolls replete with the Froskes' experiences are studied by fledgling Phibians as mystic art manuals. Recently, a Froske using powerful mystic arts has been sighted near Sky Falls on the continent of Orisia, but no further research has been conducted due to the abundance of violent Astromons in the area.
